The Trekking 4 LOW has everything you need for cruising in the city, or for extended rides in the countryside. LOW geometry makes mounting & dismounting the bike as effortless as possible but also aspires a comfortable, more relaxed riding posture.. Kicking out a healthy 60Nm of torque, the Yamaha PW-TE motor is small yet mighty. With the 500Wh in-tube battery, it has a great range and will handle bike paths and light tracks for those who might want to go off-road as well as on.

Powered by the Yamaha PW-TE motor; a tried and tested crank motor that offers a linear 60Nm of torque. Designed for seamless assistance over a vast array of terrains, the PW-TE might not churn out as many G's as the eMTB machines, but it certainly does the trick while offering battery range longevity.

A 9-speed Shimano Altus pedal drivetrain offers excellent gear ratios and reliability, while for stopping the Alhonga HT474 hydraulic disc brakes offer great speed control, whatever the weather. For comfort, the Trekking 4 comes with SR Suntour NEX forks with 63mm of travel. The 27.5” wheels have Continental Contact Urban tyres with low rolling resistance yet excellent grip in the wet.

Rounding it off, the trekking bike comes with a Trelock 20 Lux headlight and rear light that are plumbed into the main battery.

Yamaha PW-TE

The PWseries TE drive unit focuses on providing comfort and a stable ride in urban areas, coping effortlessly with riding conditions including steep climbs and rides against strong winds. Thanks to the Quad Sensor Technology, the system automatically detects riding conditions such as hill starts, and delivers the appropriate assist power and smooth acceleration.
