New Haibike features 

The Bosch CX Performance motor is the centrepiece of this all round trekking bike. Rated at 250 Watts, it can give a boost of up to 500 Watts in Turbo mode should you need to kick a little harder up that hill.

With the motor comes an equally beefy battery, rated at 500Wh it has the greatest capacity of all Bosch batteries, and will help you even on a longer trek such as an all day ride.

The wide, 700c wheels are designed to smooth out the ride and give you that added bit of speed over rougher ground. Mounted on the wheels are the 180mm rotor Tektro Gemini hydraulic disc brakes that will enable you to control your speed just as you need it.

The Suntour NCX front suspension forks are designed specially for e-bikes, are built of magnesium and have lockouts for different terrains as you switch from road to track on your journey.

It has four power modes ranging from ‘Turbo’ where you can get three times the power from the motor to that you put through the pedal, to ‘Eco’ for those rides where energy conservation will enable you to get to your destination with juice still in the battery.
