Designed as an affordable option for mountain bikes with a Boost rear axle – and either 29″ or 27.5″ in wheel sizes – the ACID MTB Race HPA wheelset makes use of CUBE High Performance Aluminium for the 30 mm wide rim, pinned at the joint for strength and durability. Industrial bearings ensure a long service life even in tough riding conditions, and thru axles secure the wheels to the frame.

Designed as an affordable option for mountain bikes with a Boost rear axle – and either 29″ or 27.5″ in wheel sizes – the ACID MTB Race HPA wheelset makes use of CUBE High Performance Aluminium for the 30 mm wide rim, pinned at the joint for strength and durability. Industrial bearings ensure a long service life even in tough riding conditions, and thru axles secure the wheels to the frame. Disc rotors can be attached via a Centerlock mount. The 32 J-bend spokes are laced in a three-cross pattern, whilst SSE improves the seating of nipples at the rim for a truer, stronger wheel build – and, with the right rim tape, it’s possible to use tubeless tyres.
