New for 2021 from Wethill Electric Bikes. The Venture is the all new thorough-bread Hardtail Electric Bike that leaves nothing to be desired.
It's based around Westhill's unique battery integrated MTB frame with internal cable routing. Providing a sturdy and confident riding feel, the frame is complimented by the SR Suntour XCR 32 LO R AIR suspension forks with Hydraulic lock-out function which allows for set compression and adjustable shock damping, comfortably adapting to whatever terrain you may come across while concurrently aspiring confidence and control. The running gear of the Venture comes in the form of a Bafang 250w rear hub motor producing 65Nm torque. Surely with more torque comes less run time? Fortunately with a choice of a 10.4Ah and 14Ah battery, of course variable dependent, you can expect up to 100 miles from a charge leaving plenty of gas in the tank from a lengthy sunday adventure.
You can monitor battery life, keep track of your pace and alter power assistance level using the large handlebar mounted LCD display, allowing you to completely tailor your journey. – Westhill have also included a very handy USB port within the display to charge your phone, so you'll never be without your music or cycling apps!
Following suit, the braking on the Venture is covered by very powerful Tektro Hydraulic Disc brakes with a large 180mm rotor up front for a precise, responsive halt.
