Adopting a lightweight Alloy Crossbar frame with Westhill's discreet battery integration, the Ranger maintains not only a traditional bicycle aesthetic, but also an even weight distribution, really improving handling and maneuverability. Discreetly hidden within the frame lies a 36v Li-Ion battery, available in either 10.4Ah or 14Ah with the largest producing up to 100 miles from a single charge! Putting power to the pavement – the powerful 250w rear hub motor churns out 65Nm torque, offering the acceleration you need when it comes to fast paced traffic and steep rural trails. Surely with more torque comes less run time? Fortunately with a choice of a 10.4Ah and 14Ah battery, of course variable dependent, you can expect up to 100 miles from a charge leaving plenty of gas in the tank from a lengthy sunday adventure.
Prepared for the unexpected and unpredictable, Westhill have included SR Suntour SF16-NEX-DS-HLO Suspension with lock-out function allowing you to adjust damping, tailoring your ride and ironing out the roughest of terrain. Finished off with powerful hydraulic disc brakes and 7 speed gearing system, the appropriately named 'Ranger' offers superb handling, performance and comfort regardless of the nature of your journey.
