Typically you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days of the order being despatched. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
Please note: Delivery of E-Bikes which need to be assembled and fully checked by E-Bikes Direct Workshop Staff will be between one and seven days. The Electric Bikes are built up In House therefore dispatch time is dependent upon lead time, eg how many built orders are in front. Customers will be fully notified about lead times shortly after purchase.
