Electric Bikes, naturally, are heavier and tend to be awkward to lift than most of our freight, and their value adds a certain requirement for responsible handling. In the UK, it's advised that any freight over 25KG should be listed by 2 or more persons, so with your average E-Bike weighing in at 22-27KG, we require a capable force to ensure the safety of our courier, and of course your valuables.
