Delivery Information
When will my assembled electric bike be delivered?
Standard Delivery
If you opt for standard delivery, you can expect your item(s) to be delivered within 2-4 days of your order date (including Saturdays).
Express Delivery
Available for £24.99 on all products over £500.
Should you opt for our Express service, you can anticipate delivery to take place within 1-3 days of your order date (courier dependant, of course).
Cargo Electric Bikes/Trikes
Due to the nature and complexity of the build & shipment process, build & dispatch lead times are currently around 30 days. For ease, please call to discuss any orders of this nature.
How will my electric bike be delivered to me?
We supply all electric bikes fully assembled and built to order. Our bikes arrive boxed, once removed, simply attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars. Please carefully unpack your bike and keep the packaging in case you should need to return the bike.
For electric bike orders we will always email our customers with the expected date of despatch to ensure that the date of delivery will be suitable prior to despatch.
For orders with a value over £20, a signature will be required upon delivery; we cannot instruct our couriers to leave an item in a safe place or without signature.
How will I know when to expect my item(s)?
Your email address is recorded during the ordering process and we will inform you when your item(s) are dispatched (Please note the above detail regarding built to order / assembled items). After we have dispatched you can expect delivery of your item within 1-2 Days (UK Mainland) and 2-3 Days (all other UK areas) although these time frames may be affected due to courier volumes during busy times.
If your order is for an electric bike you will be informed of the delivery day well in advance. We will also let you know as soon as possible if a delay in the delivery of your item(s) is anticipated.

Please note:
° Remote UK postcodes and addresses in the British Isles may take longer than one day to have their orders delivered. Therefore, orders that we send on a Next-Day Shipment may take up to three days in these areas.
Eire & European Delivery
From 1st Jan 2021 we will be adjusting to the Brexit post-transition situation and as a temporary measure will be suspending delivery to these areas. We are working hard with our delivery partners to ensure this is for the shortest period possible – apologies for the frustration this will no doubt cause.
Please note, any delivery issues must be reposted within 14 days.
