The TR Trail series utilises a full suspension frameset and refined componentry to perfectly suit purpose. Formed around a Lapierre OST+ Supreme 5 Alloy frame enclosing a Lapierre Metric damper, the TR is designed with a purpose specific geometry, adopting a shorter handlebar reach to make ease of climbing and manipulating the bike, in turn increasing the chainstay length to maximise traction and maintain a headstrong centre of gravity, also helping to keep that front wheel down when it comes to climbing! Up front we have an SR Suntour XCM 34 coil LO-R suspension fork with 130mm of travel - a necessity when it comes to delving in to the unknown and enduring a long day in the saddle!

The juicy stuff. The Overvolt TR 3.5 is fuelled by a Yamaha PW-TE crank drive motor and InTube 500Wh battery, achieving plenty of smiles per gallon while achieving a well balanced centre of gravity. You'll find 7 levels of power assistance to chose from using the LCD display, so you can marry the perfect mode to 1 of the 9 Shimano gears to find a harmonious balance depending on condition and terrain.

Carving berms and darting between the pine trees, Lapierre have designed the bike with slightly narrower 740mm handlebars.

Rolling on a 27.5" eAM+ wheelset wrapped in beefy Schwalbe Smart Sam K-Guard tyres, behind the bars of the Overvolt TR 3.5 is a very nice place to be.
