Yamaha PW-X2 motor
New for 2020, the flagship of the Yamaha Motor series has a range of features that make for great riding in all conditions. For general riding it has an ‘auto’ mode where the controller selects the power output for the bike according to pressure on the pedals and cadence. Uprated for 2020, the PW-X2 motor now delivers up to 50% more power at a cadence of 100rpm than its predecessor. Another feature is the ‘EXPW’ extra power mode that can keep you pushing after a tight turn or give that extra kick on steep terrains. All in the PW-X2 motor is one of the best crank motors on the market, bar none.

For ride comfort the NDURO 2.0 has 180mm travel RockShox Yari RC air sprung front shocks, supported by a 65mm travel air sprung RockShox Super Deluxe Select Plus rear damper. It has a XLC AllMtn 31.6mm telescoping seat post for different terrains and a 780mm handlebar.
The drivetrain is based on the 12-speed Sram SX Eagle gear system and an 11-50t rear sprocket. Stopping power comes from Tektro Orion M745 on a 203mm front rotor and a 180mm rear rotor.
