How often should I service my electric bike?
Depending on how often you use the E-Bike we would recommend that you check your E-Bike 4-6 weeks after purchase as there is a bedding in period during which some adjustments may be required. At this point you will need to check the brake and gear cables as these may have stretched and adjust the brakes and the gears. It is also advisable to check your spokes and the crank bolts are tight. This is very normal and is expected. After that, depending on usage we expect 6-12 months. E-Bikes contain a lot of wearable parts that need maintaining and replacing once worn. For our local customers we do offer servicing and more information can be found by visitng our
